Healthy Babies Kits Online Order Form

The Anne Arundel County Department of Health and the Anne Arundel County Healthy Babies Coalition offer FREE Healthy Pregnancy and Baby Care Kits to Anne Arundel County residents. Anne Arundel County residents can request these kits using this online request form. Anyone can order materials from this site, but kits can only be mailed to addresses in Anne Arundel County.

If you are a health care or social service provider, you can order FREE Healthy Babies Posters, Flyers, Brochures and Information Cards for your clients.

Healthy Pregnancy Kit - This free kit has information about how to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Your kit will tell you about:
  • Anne Arundel County services and phone numbers to help you have a healthy pregnancy
  • fetal movements
  • preterm labor
  • breastfeeding
  • safe sleeping for a baby
  • keeping a smoke-free home
Baby Care Kit - This free kit has information about how to keep your baby healthy. Your kit will tell you about:
  • Anne Arundel County services and phone numbers
  • baby care
  • breastfeeding
  • safe sleeping for a baby
  • never shaking a baby and how to cope with a crying baby
  • child car seat safety
  • keeping a smoke-free home
Kit Add-ons:

Medical Assistance for Families/MCHP - Information and the application for Medical Assistance for Families/Maryland Children's Health Program. Depending on family size and income, children up to age 21 as well as parents (including pregnant women) and other family members caring for children are eligible for free doctor's care.

WIC - Information on the Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC): WIC provides income-eligible pregnant and postpartum women and children from birth to 5 years old with healthy food, nutrition education and breastfeeding information and support.

Smoking Cessation Information for Pregnant Women - A booklet to help pregnant women stop smoking.
